Sara has more than 35 years of experience working on matters related to Intellectual Property, focusing her practice on the protection and defense of Trademarks, as well as contracts and litigation in such matters. Additionally, he has specialized in portfolio management at a national and international level.

In 1980, she founded, together with Juvenal Donoso, the company SERMACO (Trademark Service), the basis of what is currently our law firm Díaz Donoso Cia. Since then, he has dedicated his career to the protection and defense of the Intellectual Property of national and international companies.

Angelo joined our firm in 2010, and has been a partner since 2013. His practice has focused on the areas of Trademarks, Invention Patents and Unfair Competition, advising and developing strategies for the protection and defense of Intellectual Property before Administrative authorities and / or the Civil or Criminal Courts. Likewise, it participates in the management of national and international portfolios.

Additionally, starting in 2013, he has been responsible for the improvement and optimization of internal procedures, as well as the progressive implementation of a “paperless” system, achieving an improvement in our response and processing times.

Fernando joined our firm in 2019. His professional practice has focused on the area of ​​Trademarks and Infringement. It includes advice on strategies for the protection of Intellectual Property, as well as the litigation of said rights before Administrative authorities and / or the Civil Courts. Previously, Fernando served as an advisor on corporate and corporate matters.

Adelvis joined our firm as Head of Accounting and Finance. His professional practice has focused on the correct administration and management of our finances. Their work is crucial for the proper functioning of our firm.

With more than 9 years of experience in legal matters, María Paz joined our firm in 2016 as a legal assistant, focusing her professional practice on the processing and obtaining of Industrial Property rights, which includes its drafting, presentation and complete monitoring of the procedure, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, it is a key piece in the massive management of portfolios.
