With more than 35 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, Sara has dedicated her career to the protection and defense of Trademarks, as well as to the drafting of contracts and the conduct of specialized litigation. Her practice also encompasses the management of intellectual property portfolios, both nationally and internationally, consolidating a reputation for excellence and commitment to her clients.<\/p>\n

She is distinguished by her closeness and human touch, qualities that have been fundamental in building lasting relationships of trust with those who have entrusted her with the protection of their most valuable assets.<\/p>\n

In 1980, together with her husband Juvenal Donoso, she founded SERMACO (Trademark Service), an initiative that gave rise to what is today D\u00edaz Donoso & C\u00eda. Since then, she has been a key figure in the defense of intellectual property rights of Chilean and foreign companies, providing a strategic vision and deep experience in each case.<\/p>\n

Sara has a law degree (2001) and obtained her law degree in 2002.
