Sara has more than 35 years of experience working in Intellectual Property matters, focusing her practice in the protection and defense of Trademarks, as well as contracts and litigation in such matters. Additionally, she has specialized in the management of national and international portfolios.

In 1980, together with Juvenal Donoso, he founded SERMACO (Trademark Service), the foundation of what is now our law firm Diaz Donoso Cia. Since then, he has dedicated his career to the protection and defense of Intellectual Property of national and international companies.

Angelo joined our firm in 2010, and has been a partner since 2013. His practice has focused on the areas of Trademarks, Patents and Unfair Competition, advising and developing strategies for the protection and defense of Intellectual Property before Administrative authorities and/or Civil or Criminal Courts. He also participates in the management of national and international portfolios.

Additionally, since 2013, he has been responsible for the improvement and optimization of internal procedures, as well as the progressive implementation of a “paperless” system, achieving an improvement in our response and processing times.

Fernando joined our firm in 2019. His professional practice has been focused in the area of Trademarks and Infringement. It includes advising on Intellectual Property protection strategies, as well as litigation of such rights before Administrative authorities and/or Civil Courts. Previously, Fernando worked as an attorney advisor in corporate and partnership matters.

Adelvis, joined our firm as Accounting and Finance Manager. Her professional practice has focused on the proper administration and management of our finances. Her work is crucial for the proper functioning of our firm.
