Patent Cooperation Treaty PTC

The PCT is an international treaty administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), concluded in June 1970, that entered into force in Chile on June 2, 2009.

In short, the PCT seeks to simplify the procedure to apply for the protection of inventions in several countries, facilitating and accelerating the access to the technical information of inventions. In this sense, we advise on the drafting, filing and prosecution of PCT applications in the national (INAPI) or international phase.
